The belt of truth keeps us grounded in God's Word, while the breastplate of righteousness protects our hearts as we live according to His will. Our feet fitted with the gospel of peace help us remain steadfast in our faith and ready to share the message of Christ. The shield of faith protects us from doubt and temptation, and the helmet of salvation guards our minds, reminding us of the hope we have in Christ. The sword of the Spirit, God’s Word, is our weapon to fight against lies and spiritual attacks. Lastly, prayer is essential for staying connected to God and finding strength in Him. Together, this armor equips us to stand firm in the spiritual battles we face."
